Housed in a stunning Grade II listed building in Leeds city centre, the location is made up of five floors of desks, meeting rooms, breakout areas, bars and members area. It also has a rooftop seating area that provides great panoramic views of Leeds.

The combination of co-working spaces, private offices, studios and event spaces helps to cater for all business requirements within one space.

Following the success of the first Avenue HQ location in the Mann Island area of Liverpool, the company began work on developing its second flexible workspace on Leeds.

The solution
Collaboration with design

We were contacted by the project fit-out company during the early stages of planning the Leeds project. This meant that we were able to collaborate with the design team from the concept phase to ensure that the package we developed met the project’s design brief and budget.

During the initial design phase, we were selected to provide a wide range of furniture solutions throughout the building, including both fitted and loose options. This included a number of bespoke items of furniture, including booths, reception desks and countertops, all of which were designed and built to the project’s specifications.

We also delivered over 300 desk positions across four floors of the building, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor tables and seating. These were all custom-built to fit the style of the building and the various functions required of the space.

All of the furniture provided by Bluespot was manufactured to our exacting standards from FSC-certified wood and protected by our long guarantees.

The result
On time delivery

Due to unforeseen delays with construction, our installation time had to start the furniture fit-out while building work was still underway. This resulted in a number of logistical issues, with limited access to the building being a primary problem we encountered.

Despite these delays, we were able to successfully work with the on-site construction team to deliver all of our furniture and complete installation on time. Ultimately, this meant that Avenue HQ was able to open the doors to the new location on time for the planned grand opening.
