The recent outbreak of Coronavirus is affecting many industries and individuals. We understand that you likely have some concerns about placing an order or about existing orders in light of the issues COVID-19 is having on some supply chains. Luckily, it is business as usual here at Bluespot.
We are working hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered when you expect them, whether you're a business or are shopping for your home office. Here's what you need to know about our services, stock and delivery while restrictions due to Coronavirus are ongoing:
We are following government safety guidelines
The safety, health and wellbeing of our staff and customers are of the utmost importance to us. While we want to keep the business running as normal, we are well aware that we need to do everything we can to stop the spread of Covid-19 while manufacturing and delivering your orders.
This is why we are keeping an eye on the ever-changing situation and following government and NHS advice in order to protect you and every member of our team. If you want to ask us any questions about the precautions we are taking, as well as your order, our products or your delivery options, please contact our customer service team.
We manufacture our products in the UK
All of our manufacturing is done right here in the UK but we do order some furniture parts from other countries. However, the fact that we build our products in the UK means that we don't have any supply issues and can get products to you quickly.
All of our products are made to order, so no matter what size desk or filing cabinet you need, we're able to produce it and have it delivered via your chosen delivery method.
In the unlikely event that we do experience any problems that could cause your order to be delayed, we will keep you informed every step of the way and find a solution that suits you.
All of our standard delivery options are still available, so you can choose how and when your order is delivered:
- Next Day Delivery - Order by 1pm for delivery the next working day.
- Free Delivery - Available on all orders, this economy option will deliver your order within 7 working days.
- Delivered and Installed - Available on orders of over £1,000, we will deliver and install your furniture within 15 working days.
We use UK dispatchers for fast delivery, which means that as long as they are still operating, we are still able to get your furniture to you.
In the instance that any of our couriers pause their services, we will let you know what this means for your order.
Rescheduling your delivery
If you can't be at the delivery address on the day your order is due, you can reschedule your delivery for a more suitable day - such as when your office is open again.
In order to reschedule your delivery, please call our helpful customer service team on 0800 8044 760 before 1pm on the working day prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Our team will be able to take you through your options - whether that's rescheduling or delaying your delivery until a later date - in order to find the best solution for your current situation.
If you have chosen the Delivery and Installation option, you can reschedule your delivery up to a week from your order date.
Whether you reschedule or delay your delivery, you don't need to worry about your product going out of stock, as your order will secure your office furniture even if you aren't having it delivered straight away.
