Dawn has worked within the customer service sector for over 25 years, so therefore brings with her a vast wealth of experience and knowledge. Dawn supports not only her own team, but is also influential in maintaining positive relations by liaising with all the internal and external departments within the company, and customers, thus ensuring coherent working partnerships to maximise efficiency.


Daniel Weston

Daniel Weston – Customer Service Administrator
Daniel joined our Customer Services team as an apprentice back in July 2014. Although he’s our new addition he has quickly become an asset to the team, hitting the ground running supporting our internal and external teams and our network of customers. His responsibilities are customer based, from order processing, manning the call lines to investigating customer enquiries. He is continually updating his knowledge with his daily experiences to enable him to complete his apprenticeship later this year (2015).


Ben Unwin

Ben Unwin – New Business Development Manager
With over 8 years experience in the office furniture industry, Ben recognises the diversity in the market place and is passionate about understanding the specific needs of his clients in order to provide the products and services that allow them to accomplish – and exceed – their goals. Operating in the East of England, Ben has joined the team to extend the reach of the Bluespot brand in his region. He will develop existing relationships and seek new partnerships, working closely with all parties to ensure his clients receive the optimum service and maximum benefit to their business.
